If you have ordered an item and want to cancel, we are only able to cancel it within 24 hours of you ordering it. Please let us know as soon as you can, otherwise it will have already been shipped and we are no longer able to provide you with a refund. If we do give you a refund, please be aware that it will take around 3-5 days to show up in your bank account.
We do not offer refunds for free items as the shipping charge has already been paid to the courier. We do offer replacements however if you have received a faulty or damaged product. Please contact us if this is the case.
If you have bought a full-priced item, we do offer refunds. If you want a refund, please contact us so that we can provide you with our return address. Once we have inspected the item, we will refund you and you should receive the refund within 3-5 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
